Breathe Life Back into Your Lawn with Aeration

Lawn-Aeration

Your lawn yearns a breath of fresh air—not just for its greenery, but deep into its roots. Aeration, simply put, helps your turf breathe by creating tiny channels that let oxygen in and carbon dioxide out—just like giving your lawn an energy-boosting inhale and exhale.

The Above illustration shows the exchange of O2 (oxygen) and CO2 (carbon dioxide) as the roots of the plants breathe through the holes!

Why the lawn needs aeration?

Late summer often leaves lawns tired and compacted from heat, frequent mowing, and steady foot traffic. That’s exactly when aeration treatment does its wonders. By removing small plugs of soil, aeration relieves compaction, allowing precious air, water, and nutrients to soak deep into the ground—where roots live, grow, and thrive.

When to perform aeration?

With the right timing—typically late summer through mid-fall—you set the stage for a spring revival. Cooler temperatures calm stress on new grass, while the aerated soil offers the perfect welcome mat for fresh seed and nourishment. We will add a layer of top-soil and grass seed that’s suitable for your site, from disease resistance to hardiness—because quality seed truly pays dividends long after sowing.
